It’s called Active Recovery, and it works on the simple principle that between high-intensity workouts, you should have days of lower-intensity exercise to help improve your fitness and aid recovery.
Activities include mindful walking, yoga, stretching and massage. And the great thing is that while these techniques are good for the super fit, they can boost the health of the
