Introduction
Ever done anything like a ‘Cave Man’ would do it?
Odds are you wouldn’t drive a car like one, fill out a TPS report like one, or even, heaven forbid, go on a date like one. Yet, there is something carnal, visceral about living our lives as the forerunners of modern man, to going all the way back to the beginning.
It is highly unlikely you haven’t heard of this dietary strategy. One brand alone that was at the forefront of the research did a great job of getting the word out about it. But what you will find in these pages is not only the core truths that have been discovered to support this lifestyle, but some fun and interesting details about how to incorporate these concepts into your life.
Consider this. If, at the dawn of time, man had been able to discover the wide variety of foods that we have access to now, the ones that just naturally grow without pesticides, without food additives, and yellow dye #5, wouldn’t that have been paradise? Maybe it was.
