    Introduction

Everywhere we look these days, someone is attempting to persuade us that their method of getting healthy is the best method. Between fad diet trends, supplements, and products that claim to work miracles, the world can appear to be an amazing place full of amazing technology that can help us lose weight quickly. Moreover, deciding between options is frequently overwhelming and difficult. Especially once you start digging into the nitty gritty of many of these options. Scams abound, chemicals and hormones can be altered in the body and have disastrous effects, and products claiming to work miracles can be harmful in the long run.

So, who can we put our trust in when we want to start living a healthier lifestyle? The solution is straightforward. Nature.

In fact, they are extremely beneficial to our health! The types of foods that have become widely and commercially available to us as a result of farming, such as grains, corn (which is technically a grain), and dairy products, can cause a variety of problems in the body. Lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, and other allergies abound in these commercialized and common staple foods. Not to mention that many of them are very starchy, making it difficult to lose weight.

The Paleo diet is great for those looking to lose a few pounds, but it is also a major lifestyle choice. It's not just about losing weight; it's about feeling great and making healthy choices that make you happy. It can be very stressful to know that the
