Over the years I have met many people who have wanted to start a fitness routine, lose weight, be successful with a diet or just want to start living a healthier lifestyle. I have also met a lot of people that have started with this venture but failed to get results and quit. This need not happen.
There are literally thousands of diet and training ideas for you to try and get those life changing results these days, there is so much information in fact that it can be very confusing when trying to find the “Correct answer” or the “right way” to do things.
Although many of these diets and training ideas will give the advertised effect, there are many other factors that need to be addressed before making the commitment to start and indeed spend money on a product of this kind.
It is for this reason that I wrote this book. Yes you can change your life with a fitness routine or diet but there are some factors that need to be highlighted and understood to guarantee you success.
The newer you are to the idea of weight loss, diet or muscle building the more that you will benefit from this book. However there are some helpful tips and ideas inside for everyone.

This book is the "tool kit” that will help you build your successful lifestyle change and if you take the information on board and act on it, you will never look back! This in itself is invaluable to your progress and your wallet!
Whether you are looking to lose weight, stick to a diet, build muscle, tone up, get fitter or you would just like to start living a healthier lifestyle in general. This book has some very powerful information that could change the way you look at your training, diet or lifestyle and if the content is understood and put to action, it will guarantee you results!
James Atkinson
James Atkinson was born in the UK in 1982. Since his early teens, James has been involved in fitness and resistance training, all starting when he never made the cut for the rugby team because of his lack of strength and size. This soon changed after James found his first gym. He is now a qualified fitness coach, competing bodybuilder and has served in an airborne unit in the British army. He has been at both ends of the fitness scale and excelled in endurance, long distance running and now bodybuilding.

About The Author
Hi, I’m Jim, a qualified fitness coach and personal trainer. I have been into fitness for much of my life. I have been at both ends of the fitness scale, from long distance running and endurance to a competition bodybuilding. I served a number of years in the British Army where I was part of an elite airborne unit - 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers.
I have met many people who do not want to be long distant runners or body builders but do want to start to live a fitter and healthier lifestyle. I have helped and advised plenty of these guys with great results!
Today, there is a huge number of people across the globe that want to get fit and start to live a healthier lifestyle but do not know where to start, or they have tried in the past but failed. This was my inspiration for this book.
