Whilst Personal Training and running Sport Psychology clinics it soon became apparent that the information in the health and fitness industry is not fit for purpose.
I had to unlearn much of the information from University and find a new path to gaining sedentary adults in particular real success in weight loss, weight management, and healthy lifestyle for life.
I have formulated my "solutions" and now run my business based on these. they challenge the very foundation of the weight loss industry, along with the health and fitness industries.
I still train individuals and athletes alike.
I give public talks, Radio talks, and talks to companies and the NHS.
I currently have a business partnership to produce an IPhone App based on my work, along with hardware to integrate the individuals results with the App via bluetooth.
The book is currently at the publishers, and should help clarify where the industry has misled us for so long, and in doing so provide the answers on where we need to go to actually provide the results people genuinely need to avoid a life time of yo-yo dieting and obesity.
