Alecandra Baldec is well aware of this as she has been practicing yoga for quite a number of years now. It all started when she saw her aunt practicing every day after she had a heart attack. As curiosity got the better of her she asked why her aunt was doing this and was told that is was the best way to get the mind and body in sync and to get rid of built up stress.
