Rajan S

The author is the Head of a hospitality organization. With 17 years of professional experience.During his days of struggle, came across many facets of life. Experiencing different kind of people, environments, place, etc, and adjusting according to the requirement. It was very exhausting, time consuming and tough. During my service as a manager of a hotel, I did learnt the tricks of trade, but owning a business and that to from scratch was all together a different ball game. Managing related departments like finance, operation, marketing, etc along with adjusting to new ways of doing business and at the same time learning from your own experience in the process was not easy. Experiencing men and women from different background, culture, perception, attitude, thought, and feelings towards you and your business, countering these along with bifurcating into good or bad for self, keeping the eyes on your ultimate goal was very stressful. And then I thought of sharing my experience with people around who struggle to find a solution to their problems.

This particular joy could be experienced within one’s own self or by Spirit only. For that reason look inside to attain this everlasting Happiness.

The thinking organ just exists within us human only. So a person just may reason, reveal as well as exercise views. It is the human only who are able to compare, who are able to think about benefits and drawbacks as well as able to draw inferences as well as conclusions. Because of this reason, this individual by himself will be able to achieve God-consciousness. A person who simply live to eat and enjoy, not exercising his mind in self - realisation is nothing but a brute.

Through focus you will need to gather very carefully the actual licentious rays of the thoughts.

You will need to put down the actual dunes as they occur. In case all of the dunes diminish, your mind gets relaxed as well as tranquil. Then your Yogis celebrate peace as well as happiness. Consequently actual joy is within. You will need to have it via controlling of thoughts and never through money, women, kids, name, popularity, position or power.
