The technique started in India over 5,000 years ago and has been modified in various ways in different nations. Yoga is now widely practiced at recreation centers, health clubs, schools, hospitals, and surgeries. It is highly popular these days and very important for individuals who want to enhance their flexibility, strength or lose weight. Yoga may be practiced anywhere, whether at home or in a school.
