    There are very many things that can cause you discomfort at you place of work. Sometimes, you can not even be aware of it. You can not even notice that the unpleasant feelings that you have inside your body are the results of your own weaknesses or mistakes in your own life or, your modes of life.

    It is what you do that decides what you are or what you will be in the future. So the way you choose or the way you decide on your daily activities or every activities that generates the life in your body, that will decide what you will look like .Economically, in sports and in your life generally .

    Not all of us are psychologists to know what we need or how to react or respond to what is happening around us .Not all of us can know how to behave in order to acquire happiness from whatever events happen around us .therefore sometimes, we fall sick without knowing that it was just a petty omission or ignorance that led us in to that petty situation.

    So, you end up with headaches, nausea, and other uncomfortable conditions in life that, if not treated quickly, they will grow and end up in emotions and other psychological conditions that will even keep us in bed at home or even in the hospitals for long periods of time. And believe it or not, it is all just about being unable to keep yourself happy and in the right moods in life to avoid those moods that will cause these conditions.

    These things that will look very simple in life and meaningless to the naked eye in your daily activities will slowly grow in to big health problem that will cost you money to enable you to feel the goodness that you have always wanted to feel in your life.

    They are, usually, just psychological feelings inside you and, sometimes, if you are not careful, you might not be able to notice that slowly by slowly, you are deteriorating in your life.

    You won’t be bale to notice that you aren’t as productive as you were before you started going through these problems. When you sit on your office chair and bend forward to check in the trays ,go through all the work that is there and then lean back to stretch your back a little before you continue, you won’t be able to notice that you had rested for abnormally too long and perhaps by the time you discover it ,you will have lost too much and perhaps ,You will then discover that you have developed some laziness in you that you never expected or
