    This author seems to believe that that only men are interested in intermittent fasting, because he only uses masculine pronouns.

    The book is poorly written and edited. It is filled with false medical claims. Intermittent fasting may have merit, but a "cure" for Alzheimer's disease? I will read more about IF from a better source.
