He has worked at a number of independent bookstores and universities and has his MFA in Creative Writing from Roosevelt University.

CHAPTER ONE

As humans, our urge for nutrition is unstable. We often have the urge to resist food and other nutrition either intentionally or unintentionally, but the real deal is, it is to serve a purpose. Fasting is training that includes entirely swearing off eating or staying away from specific nourishments for a particular period. It has been honed for quite a long time, fundamentally for religious purposes. However, intermittent fasting can be referred to as a shading term for describing different eating methodologies that cycle within the period of fasting and non-fasting.
