CHAPTER ONE
As humans, our urge for nutrition is unstable. We often have the urge to resist food and other nutrition either intentionally or unintentionally, but the real deal is, it is to serve a purpose. Fasting is training that includes entirely swearing off eating or staying away from specific nourishments for a particular period. It has been honed for quite a long time, fundamentally for religious purposes. However, intermittent fasting can be referred to as a shading term for describing different eating methodologies that cycle within the period of fasting and non-fasting. But in most cases, the primary aim is usually for calorie confinement which aids weight loss.
Somehow, intermittent fasting can be said to be the old mystery of sound health. It is
