I wanted to find a way to keep eating my delicious Mexican food and still be able to fit into my clothes, so I started studying the Mexican recipes I have and realized that I could add some healthy nutritious foods that were lower in calories and take away some of the high calories in the foods I dearly love. Thus the vision for this book, Healthy Mexican Weight Loss Diet and Cookbook was born.
When you have a few pounds to lose, I believe in the turtle and the hare story. Slow and easy always gets the job done. A good diet based on nutrition with delicious foods eaten in 3 meals with 2 snacks daily along with a daily exercise plan is the best way to lose weight.
