I’ve been around the self-care block for quite some time.Growing up in a house of carers, I’ve always been intrigued by the concept of care. This interest took a very personal turn as life dealt me a few major illnesses.These experiences drew me inwards, and now my work focuses on the most important aspect of care: self-care.I’ve delved into many aspects of self-care:A practical aspect that looks at the foundation of self-care through a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and Chef Cert from Ballymaloe Cookery School.A creative process that feds self-awareness through a degree in Art and a Masters in Art Therapy.An insatiable interest in a more holistic way of tapping into health through movement mediation and dance, meditation courses and yoga.I now share this experience and learning with you, allowing you to build your own way to self-care.
