Loved the book! Elena's passion for helping others recover from narcissistic abuse shines on every page!

I really enjoyed the format and how the book was written- the language is simple yet the content is very deep.

Elena combines her own stories and experiences with authoritative research based on science and psychology. Such a format makes learning (and recovery) very enjoyable.

While I think some readers still might need a professional therapist to fully recover (and Elena states that too, she herself worked with a therapist), this book might give you a great start, especially if you're feeling confused. You can help yourself and you can start a new chapter in your life!
