- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I'm glad I found this books ? really like it thank you
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5After listening to the first book where Elena shared her testimony, I grabbed this copy, which goes deep into healing and recovery steps. Elena starts by analyzing symptoms step-by-step to a full recovery, freedom from the abusive ex, and living life in fullness again.
Each chapter contains practical steps and questions we have to follow. Elena often gives her view and experience, for example, that this step is not as easy or that the effects will automatically last forever. I believe this is the biggest added value of the author, who went through the process.
Elena is in a role of a therapist for us. And the best therapists are those who went through the same problem before and recovered as they have a strong empathy with other victims.
