I'm giving this book 3 stars for now bc it ended up being a DNF for me within the 1st 3 chapters. I love MC novels, and MC culture in general, so it was just kinda hard for me to wrap my head around 1st a woman being a high ranking member (or a member in general) of an MC; 2nd, a guy getting recruited - as apposed to hunted - bc he beat several members' asses; and 3rd, a virtual stranger being patched/inked in without having to prospect. I just finished a really intense MC series, so maybe I'm going in expecting too much. Black MC books are rare, so I really wanted to like this one. I think I just need to walk away, maybe cleanse my pallet with a rom-com, and come back to this at a later time.

Christina C. Jones never disappoints in her writing and I love it. Its good to see some of my favorite characters from other stories. I enjoyed this story. Bikers, Roses, Thornes,and the BellRose all in Vegas....can't wait to dig in to part 2...Raised by Wolves
