About this audiobook

People who say keep your enemies closer never took a road trip with a guy who hated their guts.

A month ago, my identity as Dr. Love was a secret. A month ago, I thought I was getting engaged.

A month ago, I wasn’t stuck with the guy who hates me most in the world.

Now… if I don’t make nice with my #1 hater, I might lose my book deal.

Without that, I’m not sure what I have left.

But when I’m forced on a publicity tour with everyone’s favorite guy, the guy who says I ruined his relationship, I didn’t know how low I could go.

At every stop, I get roasted and he gets more revered.

You would think after a while, I would hate him too.

And you would be very, very wrong...

Falling for Your Enemy is a laugh-out-loud, heartwarming romcom with an epic road trip, a grumpy hero, and a happy ending to end all happy endings for this five-book series.

This rating is for the narration, NOT the book. I love books by this author but am currently impaired and unable to do prolonged visual reading so hoped to listen to the audiobooks however the narrator’s narration style was not conducive to listening. The narrator, Loran Hoopes, made it sound like there was a period after every 1-3 words where there was not one. I am hoping this feedback will be seen and taken into account for future efforts from the narrator.

Fun and entertaining, as all the books in this series! Perfect as an audiobook, when you're busy doing other things. Also, that epic-logue at the end ?

Couldn’t even get through the first chapter, the narrators inflection is just not normal and it’s really jarring to listen to!

I like the book but the narrator annoys me, the way she dramatizes each word kills it eveytime I listen to a book she reads. I wish we could rate narrators.

I really enjoyed the story. I enjoyed the whole series. The female reader on this book and one or two other books has a tendency to get to the end of a line and indicate it's the end of a sentence with her voice but then realized it wasn't the end of the sentence and picked it up again. That was disconcerting and broke up the story some. I'm assuming that she will improve with practice. Towards the end of the book there was a word in there where someone "plumped" someone down and it should have been "plopped." The "epic- logue" was great.

Between her awkward cadence and his vocal fry, I couldn't make it through chapter 2. And sadly, I think they narrate the whole series. Too bad. I think this is probably a very entertaining book based on the beginning.

Amazing series. I couldn't stop at just one book. I felt connected to these men and women and couldn't wait to see how they all got their own happily ever after.
