Powerful! Could “feel” the virtual gastric band being in place whenever I am eating. It prevents me from overeating, which is really nice! I have always had problem with it but every time I eat now, there is this internal blockage that just won’t allow me to overeat. Would recommend.

One of the better hypnotic gastric band out there
Got recommended by a friend to try out gastric band hypnosis audiobooks as it had helped her a lot. did buy other books also but no one did the trick for me. At least that’s what I felt. This is the first one where i think I am noticing a difference. But it is still early. We will have to see if it turns out to be true. Liked the voice and content wise it was good.
