About this audiobook

The pescatarian diet has become more popular, but ironically enough, there are only a limited number of people who see the value in it. Maybe they are just ignorant, but you know better! Pescatarian simply means vegetarian plus fish, and since fish is extremely healthy, why not? Fish and veggies are nutritious, safe, and have helped numerous people lose weight. In this cookbook, you will find a brief explanation of the diet, and then you can feast your eyes on 48 delicious, finger-licking recipes without using meat but with fish.

This book should be given an award. That's how great it is. I don't feel you need to keep looking. This book says all of it. I learned a lot just by soaking it all up. The info was terrific, particularly if you already understand a little bit about the concept. In fact, you could know nothing about it and still follow along effortlessly.

This particular audiobook has lots of very good material. I don't always enjoy any audio books, but this stood out. And since it did, I started listening to it. It was some of the best time I spent, especially because I was doing other tasks in the meantime. I do not think the word "amazing" does this specific book justice. There has to be a better word, and I am going to keep looking, because it deserves something great to be said about it.
