This herbal medicine book is exceptionally easy to use and navigate. It is beginner friendly, but I will likely be grabbing for it as a solid first choice when I need an herbal reference because the info is laid out so conveniently. I own just shy of 40 herbal reference books at this time and one of the most frustrating parts is simply navigating the layout of each to be able to quickly get my hands on the information I need. And I pretty use the same one or two books because they are easy. Now a have an awesome new go-to book! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
