3 tbsp Gochujang chilli paste1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil2 garlic cloves, crushed2 packs Tilda Coconut Basmati rice150g carrots, cut into very thin strips150g daikon radish, peeled & cut into thin strips 150g bean sprouts150g cucumber, halved lengthways & cut into thin2 tbsp vegetable oil200g mushrooms300g spinach4 eggs2 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp soy sauceToasted sesame seeds, to serve
