The conclusion to this story was a big disappointment. Everything up to the final 3 chapters was decent enough, but it feels like the author just gave up and thought, “eh, that’s good enough.” Seriously….that’s it….? There were at least 5 other good, easy, ways to wrap this story up that would have been so much better. I only listened to this book in the first place was the incredible narrator Liam D. Unfortunately not even his sexy voice could save this story.

I was starting to like the book, and then it seemed like they ran out of ideas towards the end. Like how he gets away with damn near crippling his daughter n extortion. The dad needed to go to jail
