- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This touched so close to home. Felt like I was reading about a replica of myself. Thanks for putting yourself out there and creating this. Lots of people don’t understand the struggles we face: it feels good to know I’m not alone. Some of the tips given in the book are some I had already started working on, but I have learnt lots of new stuff too.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The author was so real, sharing her deep down thoughts fully. It was refreshing and made me feel less alone.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book!!! As a people pleaser myself this book has helped me tremendously with my self worth.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I feel like a completely different person and I finish this book on the second day listening. I actually feel like the problems around me are not longer going to make me impulsive react or even feel sorry for myself because this book really helped me to see my self for I actually am and how no one can take that away . This book really helped me to feel so much better about all the negative emotions that come throughout life whether it’s the past or future anxiety. I really do recommend to listen the whole way through . This book helped me to see what I was making me feel empty even though I have blessings in my life . It’s AMAZING ❤️❤️?

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am going through a break up at the moment and this book has seriously open my eyes. I am scared but also curious to see what my future holds. I know it’s not going to be easy but I’m glad I won’t be the only one who is feeling the way she felt. Thank you for this.
