About this audiobook
As defined by the American Psychological Association (APA), empaths possess the ability to comprehend and vicariously experience another person’s emotions and point of view. Empaths have a different way of looking at the world as they can effortlessly tune in to the feelings of others – both the good and the bad. While they may be considered delicate and weak, empaths can learn techniques that will help them go beyond survival and lead abundant lives.
Here’s a preview of what you will discover:
The revolutionary formula for transforming yourself into a joyful and healthy empath (even if you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders).
The scientific research that provides undeniable proof that empaths are real and not just mystical creatures made up by the media.
How to INSTANTLY recognize that you have the rare gift of empathy and utilize it in ways that few people know.
The most effective ways to create an emotional force field and protect yourself (hint: you need to avoid certain types of people like the plague).
The five worst self-damaging habits that empaths need to overcome IMMEDIATELY.
Why being an empath is akin to having a superpower (and how to harness this ability to manifest success).
And much, much more…
Even if you’re extremely sensitive and burnt out by being an emotional sponge, the expert research behind this guide can ensure that you’ll develop self-management skills, boost your mental health, and achieve personal and professional goals.
If you want to unlock access to this potent information about the empath psyche and reach your full potential, then you should read this book!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book was exactly what I needed in order to go deeper into being an Empath! I have always shown signs of being one and I didn't know what it was, but 4 years ago I read a definition on google cause I was tired of not being able to know exactly what I was going through. I knew it was much bigger than me and I knew I had special gifts. There was the Empath Definition and that was me. Over the years I have been researching & unraveling all the unanswered questions, details and traits. So when I come across a book or document that has more info that I did not know about then I am like a magnet and soak all of its info in. This book covered all bases that I had additional questions on, for example: Why do I feel emotionally drained all the time? I always have a heaviness on my shoulders, what is that? Why do people of all kinds gravitate towards me and tell me their life stories as well as problems? Am I weird? Do you think I have superpowers? I can read people without them saying a word. I know if they are sad, mad, glad, lying or manipulating, what is this? This is what I had questions about and this books went into it in details. They tell you affirmations to say daily to start ur day off right and protect you energy. What a toxic relationship is and why ur attracting them. Rituals and healing modalities to use and soooo much more. A must read.
