- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I like this very much. This author is obviously an emotional empath, and write mainly from this perspective, but it can be used on all types of empath. Recommended.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I can't wait to start applying the meditations and other offered techniques here. I like it!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This guide contains many helpful tips which I could immediately put into practice (and others which I laid aside, but that is not a critique of the book. It is normal that some parts will speak more to some people and other parts seem more relevant for other people). I am most thankful for that it taught me a very easy and practical way to distinguish between my own emotions and those of others, and allow my own emotions while recognizing I do not have to carry everyone else’s too.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Finally! A blueprint for a way of being that helps me deal with the ups and downs of daily life. The book has taught me how to live on a practical level.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was able to relate with this book. I got so immersed with it and I have to commend the narrator. The previous guide I got, the narrator's voice's monotone. This one's amazing!
