    I like this very much. This author is obviously an emotional empath, and write mainly from this perspective, but it can be used on all types of empath. Recommended.

    This guide contains many helpful tips which I could immediately put into practice (and others which I laid aside, but that is not a critique of the book. It is normal that some parts will speak more to some people and other parts seem more relevant for other people). I am most thankful for that it taught me a very easy and practical way to distinguish between my own emotions and those of others, and allow my own emotions while recognizing I do not have to carry everyone else’s too.
