About this audiobook
One of the ways in which we can reduce stress and anxiety, is through being more present in the moment. We often let our thoughts wander (not always a bad thing) and our focus deteriorate by the many distractions we face today.
We will touch on mindfulness through certain music, show you how mindful activities and thoughts can improve your relationships and your brain activity, and talk about the ethics and underlying ideas of mindful practices. This way, you can get a better understanding of what you are trying to accomplish and how to do that.
This short book can truly make a difference in your life if you let it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You probably won't regret purchasing this audio book. It delivers what it says it does. Audiobooks such as these make my day. They're wonderful. It may have had a few mistakes, but they didn't subtract anything from the remarkable info that this particular book contains. You can discover a whole lot. I know I did.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I hope you take my comments seriously, since I highly recommend this guide to you. I know I'm not the best of testimonial writers, but this deserves appreciation. The author and narrator have clearly put a lot time and energy into these audiobooks. I have actually observed that some books are practically garbage, and that grieves me. On the other hand this particular audiobook did not follow that pattern. It's actually truly good. So, I like it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audio book should have a big, fat 5-star rating. I acknowledged a lot of the important things the writer was discussing. Some things went over my head, but that's normal for any book that has actually been written by a genius. I managed to understand everything plainly, not only because the narrator spoke words very well, but also since the info in it consisted of new facts to be learned.
