About this audiobook
This is a book with 3 separate books in it. The titles relate to these topics:
Topic 1: In this short, comprehensive book, we will talk about the differences, the extremes, the balance between the two, some thoughts related to it, and show you a small test as well, so you can see for yourself in which direction your life has been going.
Topic 2: Why are some people empaths?
What is the science behind this?
And why are some empaths more susceptible to addictions?
These and many other questions will be addressed in this brief guide. On top of that, you will learn more about narcissism versus empathy, how to become a more empathetic spouse, the dangers of social media, healing methods for empaths with traumatic memories, and what the difference is between empathic parenting and “rescue” parenting. All of these topics will help you understand empathy, empaths, and yourself better.
Topic 3: Are you or is anyone you know a highly sensitive person?
In order to answer that question, we have to study the subject, and what distinguishes such a person from others who have “regular” levels of sensitivity. The journey begins in a person’s childhood. Highly sensitive children react differently to the heightened impulses that enter their brains. These stimuli shape their character, their behavior, and their talents.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am giving this book 5 stars simply because I really liked it. Not bad at all. I believe it's one of the very best audio books on the market. In my eyes, it was simply one of those books you can not really skip. You can not ignore it, because it is one of the best available. I may become repetitive here, but that's just how I think of it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The narrator seems quite competent, and the writer understands a lot about the subject. The articulation of the words in this particular book was terrific, as well as all the info contained in it. Based on that, I am actually glad that I bought the book. It was truly worth my time. I am trying to say something bad about this audiobook, but I can't. It's simply too great. So without any more exaggeration, I simply think everybody needs to think about listening to it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am giving this specific manual 5 stars simply because I really loved it. I tuned in to this audiobook, and it was really inspirational. I carefully enjoyed listening to this book. It contains all the aspects of a publication regarding this topic that it should have. Having said this, I am generally happy about things anyway, but This audiobook blew my mind, both the details and the narrator's presentation. In my point of view, it was actually quite great. There might just have been a few hardly noticeable mistakes in there, but they did not actually bother me. Whenever you have the ability to pay attention to a narrator that is that good, and regarding a matter that you're interested in, you do not care about the other parts. That's the end of the that.
