Think of something being a deal breaker. 
A deal break isn’t something you tolerate. ⁣
As in there’s no way in hell its acceptable & you will not have or do it. ⁣
So here’s my big 6 fat loss deal breakers that are 100% not acceptable. ⁣

We all know you have to be in a deficit to lose weight. ⁣
But, that doesn’t mean eat as little as possible. ⁣
The goal is to eat as much as you can while losing. ⁣
So don’t go straight to crazy low calorie numbers. ⁣
—>????? ???? ????? ⁣
You do not have to identify with any diet. ⁣
A diet should not have its own name & culture built around it. ⁣
What you eat should be based on sound principles that are sustainable & make you happy. ⁣
Not just doing what’s trendy. ⁣

Nothing should be off limits. ⁣
No food inherently causes you to store fat. ⁣
No food is inherently good or bad. 
It’s about moderation & balance. 
You can 100% get fat off of organic foods eaten in a surplus & you can enjoy any food in moderation & lose lose fat.

This goes right along with the last point. ⁣
There is nothing to cheat on. ⁣
If you’re depriving yourself so much you feel like you’re cheating you’re doing this all wrong. ⁣
⁣There is no cheating anything.⁣
⁣—>?????⁣
There’s no room to ever feel guilty about any fat loss or diet stuff. ⁣
Even if you fall of the wagon & gain 40lbs you should not feel guilty. ⁣
You did not do anything morally or ethically wrong. ⁣
No food or slip up should ever trigger that emotion. ⁣

Deprivation of any kind is bad. ⁣
Sugar, carbs, sweets, fast food, sex, whatever. ⁣
Like I said before, nothing inherently is good or bad for you. ⁣
So cutting something or a category of something (like carbs for example) is not a good move at all. ⁣
When you start falling into these deal breakers & do them during your day to day it’s a fast track quitting or failure. ⁣
Fat loss doesn’t have to be so bad. ⁣
Of course it’s not always easy but it’s not to the extent everyone else makes it.
