Have you ever experienced “gymtimidation” and how do/did you manage anxiety trying to get to the gym at a certain time to avoid crowds so you can avoid distractions and utilize all necessary machines and complete your workout uninterrupted? Thoughts on alpha male toxic energy in the gym? People trying to flex instead of just focusing on themselves…thoughts? ?

Answer: All the time. Managing Anxiety-If I’m thinking about what everyone else thinks about me, what if everyone else was thinking the same? Managing Hyperactivity-Time rest periods, Drink Water Bottle, Track lifts on phone/journal.

Answer: No. 

3. When was the last time you cried? ?

Answer: Church.

Answer: Can’t remember.
