They don't do anything without purpose and more often than not, their days are time-blocked to ensure that they are getting the most out of every day, hour, and minute.    And this all starts with how you begin your day.    When you wake up, you have 1 of to choices to make. You can begin in a reactive state, allowing others and the outside world to dictate how you think and feel.
