From traditional medicine as a registered nurse to an advocate for children’s health, Meryl Fury is on a mission to plant the seeds of health around the globe.   Meryl’s transition to a plant-based lifestyle began when beef prices in the 70’s were skyrocketing. Watching her mother fret about the food budget, Meryl and her best friend, both age 15, decided to quit eating meat. She’ll be the first to say it had nothing to do with health or compassion to animals. It was purely for the love of her mother and their food budget, Meryl made her initial move to a plant-based diet.  Little did Meryl realize that her choice to go plant-based would lead her down a path that not only turned into her passion for health, but also her life’s work.
