So, for the next few minutes, allow yourself to open up.

To reflect and embrace the value of your fears.

PAUSE…

Allow your body to relax,

Feeling your thoughts begin to slow down,

As you find comfort in your surroundings.

PAUSE…

Allow your eyelids to close,

and exhale out all of the stale air from your body.

PAUSE…

Get rid of any outside distractions.

As you make room for each new, deep breath in.

LONG PAUSE…

Our fears can guide us into unchartered waters,

Where we can discover our beautiful strengths.

PAUSE…

They can lead us down unexplored paths, 

And they can send us into a new abyss of possibilities.

PAUSE…

Allow your fears to guide you,

Rather than consume you.

PAUSE…

Know your fears are helping you uncover your deepest self,

As they propel you forward.

PAUSE…

Who will you become,

As you look your fears in the eyes,

And make your way towards them? 

PAUSE…

What will fear force you to discover within yourself? 

PAUSE

See if you can come inside, 

And notice the discomfort within you, 

As you think about those fears.

PAUSE…

Breathe in deeper into it,

Staying with it,

Holding it gently in your hands. 

PAUSE…

The value of this fear is to guide you in your evolution. 

To give you opportunities to grow, 

And to show you who you really are.
