If there is one thing that people often overlook in hospitality, its having a comprehensive set of systems and processess fully documented and ready for our people to use. It is one of the cornerstones of great leadership but there are many more benefits that come from having systems in place.
Getting you, the owner, time back for yourself is a big plus. Too many owners are stuck in their business as they are the only person who knows how to do everything so having a great set of systems can help you do that. Equally, if you are unable to work for some reason, it allows the business to continue despite you being unable to work.
