Description
The world will not fall apart if you follow your heart. This podcast came about because we followed our hearts. Its existence required that we quit and declutter other less aligned roles. The word “quit” can be triggering because of the commonly held association between quitting and failure and weakness. Quitting also often brings up guilt. You can decide you are "transitioning", "graduating", and/or "pivoting" instead. Quitting can be seen as winning. It almost always requires immense courage. It is often an act of love. Quitting creates space, time, and energy for what you truly want to do or be. Coaching helps you evaluate your priorities and strategically quit what's out of alignment.
