She the owner of Fitness Integrated Science, a personal training studio in Louisville, KY, offering Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), Yoga Therapy, Pilates, and Personal Training services.Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a Master's degree in HealthFitness Management. She is a registered Yoga Instructor, a Certified Yoga Therapistwith the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a continuing education provider forYoga Alliance, and the developer of the Yoga Integrated Science; Teacher TrainingProgram. Lauren is also a MAT-Rx Certified Full-Body Specialist and Master LevelMAT Specialist.She has spent her life teaching and studying in the health, fitness, and yogacommunities.
