But in order to stay consistent with those habits you need to adopt the identity of the person you want to become. So if something you struggle with is getting in movement. Instead of waking up and being like eh I just don’t feel like doing it (there’s a diff between listening to your body & not having motivation to do it), if you adopt the identity of a person who moves their body daily in some way, you wouldn’t have that conversation in your head.
