Description
I can’t wait for you to listen in on this Instagram LIVE I did all about bloodwork! It's so important to get our levels tested to see what's going on in our body. BUT bloodwork isn’t the end all be all. ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. If you’re experiencing symptoms, but your bloodwork comes back “normal” don’t ignore the symptoms you’re experiencing. The normal ranges aren’t always OPTIMAL ranges. Test PROGESTERONE on day 21 if you have a 28 day cycle. If you have a longer cycle (about a 35 day cycle) test progesterone on day 28.You want to test progesterone AFTER ovulation because ovulation is how we make progesterone. (Check out episodes 16 & 17 for more info on tracking ovulation) Test ESTRADIOL on day 3 of your cycle. You are the CEO of your body and need to advocate for yourself if you get push back on asking for all of this bloodwork.Text me the word BLOODWORK to my free text list to get a PDF of everything I recommend getting tested for.For up to date information about current programs, text the word "Course" to 516-430-5144 or CLICK HERE or send me a DM on Instagram: @corinneangelica WAYS WE CAN CONNECT!
