If you haven’t done the DUTCH test before, know that it’s important that you test at the right time of your cycle. In a 28-day cycle, you would typically want to test somewhere around day 19 to day 21. Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) comes from the adrenal glands and is the “mother hormone” to your sex hormones. B vitamins are involved in every neurological process in the body and taking them in methylated form is more potent. Wherever you are in your health and your hormone journey, the more you can dive in on all these different areas of your health and your life, it all has an impact and you deserve making this commitment to yourself.
