There is nothing worse than building a healthy workout habit and starting to see results when travel happens or the holidays come. We worry about not having the opportunity to get our workouts in or about what will happen if we take a couple of days off. First of all - you totally have permission to take a couple of days away from your workout routine to spend time with family. Your fitness will not suffer. But if you will be away for longer and or just want some ideas to get some movement in while traveling, I've got them for you today.It may take a little research, planning, and preparation on your part, but it is totally doable and could even be different and fun, especially if you can get the whole family involved.I am wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving.
