Today on The New Old You I'm talking with 60 year old bicyclist and overall amazing athlete, Tracy Tolson. Tracy joins us today to share her athletic history and how she got into competitive cycling at age 40. She shares stories on some of her greatest wins and how she has overcome some of her greatest injuries. Together we share some racing moments and how we feel in the cycling group as women over 50 and over 60.
