She is a stay-at-home mum with two kids (I really admire the mums!). She used to be a personal trainer and actually owned a fitness studio for 9-10 years. Because of this, she has truly tried it all, using herself as a guinea pig in many ways. Samantha even tried pro-metabolic eating on her own, but she gained heaps of weight.
