(11:35) - When starting to workout for body recomposition - say, losing 10 lbs of fat and gaining 10 lbs of muscle - would you suggest a cut first and then a bulk (as in lose fat before putting on muscle) or bulk first then cut? I am sure it depends on where the person is starting
(19:15) - What are your thoughts on weight lifting training every day to put on muscle? I understand it would depend on what the intensity and volume is for every day and I have heard some say that if you can train every day, you aren't training hard enough. I personally like my schedule to be consistent day to day and am hesitant to take full rest days but also like to go beast mode when I train. Will this hurt my ability to put on muscle?
(28:50) - How to deal with social media influence on clients? I’m a new trainer and struggling with combatting all of the beliefs social media instills in my clients. I find that even when I spend time talking with them and unpacking what they currently believe while simplifying and explaining the science they still fall back into those beliefs and old habits that are detrimental to their progress. Any tips on how to approach this and help them out?
