Today we get into listener questions and some key areas for longevity in the sport. We start with swimming in open water and how you can train to be stronger and more confident, even when the water is rough. We look at coming back from an illness and talk about some of the techniques we have used to stay healthy, including being pro-active at the first sign and how to recognize your level of sickness. We get into consuming stress and how that builds up over time and literally makes us sick. We talk pacing your Ironman marathon and the importance of understanding pacing by effort.
