On this episode of Le Run Down I was lucky to connect with marathoner, community leader and Parkdale co-captain, Michelle Kay.
She was more of a sprinter growing up but found an appreciation for distance running after joining the iconic Parkdale Road Runners.
As a leader and organizer, Michelle's been able to inspire those around her, and has been working within the run community to help raise awareness of anti-asian hate and social injustice.
