Winning, therefore, is every competitor's ultimate goal in the competition.  While pushing your performance limits and having the best skill is requisite for winning, building a winning mentality is imperative. Here and now, Breena will be teaching you how to develop a winning mentality.  Breena Martinez is an IFBB Pro, Posing and Competition Prep Coach and a Personal Trainer. She obtained her Pro Card in 2014 at the NPC USA Championships in Las Vegas. Through her intense passion for fitness, Breena uses her personal fitness journey to motivates women while teaching them how to push past their limits. An experienced athlete who takes delight in fitness, she has competed in the Arnolds and five times in the Olympia, both from which she has registered great success. Breena is the epitome of a true champion with 30 Pro shows under her belt. This episode is all about winning mentality.
