Unfortunately, it's not always a smooth ride in this sport. Sometimes you will meet tough obstacles fiercely glaring at you with a huge banner bearing "quit" message. At such times, all you need to do is go tougher. Tougher than those obstacles. When you do that, your chances are quite high that you will conquer. Such a conqueror is Katie Kopfle. Katie Kopfle is a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a certified Women's Fitness Specialist. With years of experience in coaching and training, Katie extends the same knowledge to Katie's Ladies, a team of girls that she coaches. The IFBB Bikini Pro begun competing in 2016 and earned her pro card at the 2017 NPC National Championships. Katie is very passionate about fitness and she loves sharing her passion with others. Her ultimate goal for the sport is to compete in the Olympia. In this episode, I sit down with Katie Kopfle as she opens up about the health struggles she has faced in the past.
