Being yourself and doing what works best for you will set you apart and lead you to great success.  In this episode, Sethia joins Bikini Diaries to discuss how being herself has contributed to creating longevity in the sport and how she revamped her stage look from head to toe. She also talks about highly recommended supplements that actually work for you.  Sethia Daigle is an IFBB Bikini Pro, and director of operations at Global Formulas. She formerly served in the military. The 29-year-old has been in the game for the past four years and she earned her Pro Card in Vegas Nationals in 2016. Since she began competing, Sethia has recorded remarkable success including placing 1st in her first National as well as gaining Olympia qualification for 2020.
