Each one of us gets knocked down by life at some point - even when you have well laid out plans. Sometimes we push our limits higher and higher but still, life does not always happen as planned. When such situations occur, we can easily get caught up in the outside world and just let our dreams slowly slip away. When that happens, it takes a lot of strength to jump back on the horse. You might easily doubt and give up or just feel whatever you are working hard for is not worthwhile. While feeling hurt and doubting at such a moment is normal, it should not stop you. As they say, it's okay to fall, but it's not okay to stay down. You should wipe off the dust and soldier on. And yes, you can do it because the strength and energy you need is right within you. So how do you get back up again after experiencing after hitting a rock bottom? Let's find out with Beatrice Sanford. Famously known as Bea, Beatrice Sanford is an IFBB Bikini Pro, posing coach and a certified personal trainer who's been into fitness field since 2014. Bea is recognized by her outstanding performance in 2015 where she earned her DFAC pro card in her first-ever bikini competition. She has since competed successfully in numerous competition, including scooping the World Champion Overall Bikini title and becoming nationally qualified at her first NPC show. Bea has competed in some of the big stages such as NPC and Arnold. Her goal is to compete in the Olympia. Bea delights in helping other competitors maintain and achieve a healthy lifestyle. In this episode, Bea talks about her struggles with competing while taking care of her sick mother. She also talks about how she went from being completely in control to out of control, and just slowly watched her dreams fade away. Finally, she shares how she found the strength to find herself again and pull herself together. Let's go!
