Description
How to Tackle Back to Back Shows If you have ever competed, you can possibly relate to how strenuous and demanding it is to stay the course. From prepping all the way until you take the center stage to reveal that cute body – that you’ve worked so hard to build. Now imagine a show every two weeks. You think that’s nerve-racking? I thought so too. But not for Kaylie Fountain, who has been competing every two weeks. Huh? Kaylie is an IFBB Pro, Personal and online Trainer. She has been competing for four years. She won her IFBB Pro Card at the Miami Nationals in 2016 where she emerged the overall winner in her category. Kaylie holds a degree in General Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of Colorado. Her goal is to compete in the Arnold Show, as well as in the Olympia. Today, we will be talking about how to go around doing one show after another in a short span of time. As you may know, a lot goes into that and it can be quite demanding. Kaylie will also talk about switching from coaching yourself to actually getting a coach and how different it is when you're coaching yourself versus putting your prep into someone else's hands. Additionally, talk to you about how you can compete in a healthy way. Plus, she’ll tell you what she thinks about competing. I’m sure these are all things that we want to know about.
