It has happened to me on many occasions. When I saw or heard what the person in question did or said, I was blown away. I underestimated them. 
This is what I believe is happening across the world with people being asked to work remotely because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Employees are stepping up their game because they are not in an environment where they were feeling suffocated and where they weren't given the chance to show what they were truly capable of.
It's amazing what people can do when the "shackles" have been lifted.
In this episode, you'll discover how to ride this wave, making the experience more meaningful, and still, feel like you have a team that you are leading. It could easily spiral into one-man shows, which you don't want to happen.
